Return Policy 

We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. All sales are final and we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or accept cancellations for change of mind.

To request an exchange or refund for a defective or incorrect item, please email us at support@shoplile.com with the subject line "Return" and your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the item and the reason for the return in your email. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange or refund. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

We understand that sometimes a different size or style is needed. That's why we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, or if you need a different ring size. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

To request an exchange, please send us an email at support@shoplile.com with the subject line "Exchange" and your order number. In your email, please include the reason for the exchange and the item(s) you would like to exchange.

All exchange returns must be returned with the original packaging and be in unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping of your item(s).

Refund Policy (if applicable)

We offer refunds for regular-priced items that are returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@shoplile.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. There may be a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shoplile.com.
